BI-International is an organization that is dedicated to international specialist exchange and offers scholarship programs to promote cooperation and contacts between library and information specialists at home and abroad. Since 2000, BI-International has been continuously supporting specialist stays, conference visits and study trips.

About the “BII / BID” project

The aim of the “BII” and “BID” websites is to provide information about funding programs and at the same time to provide the opportunity to apply for this online. By digitizing the approval process, the applications are now processed in the backend in an optimized process in collaboration with the Goethe Institute.
